Setting Goals :D

Alryte! Remember what you've promised yourself! You cant possibly let yourself down ryte, thats too sad! IN to the topic, now set your effing goal and stick with it!! Look at that person down there, thats who i've known, alryte now become that!
(p/s: Its not ALL about losing weights, fit & healthy is the point!)




Okay here's the plan. I call it: Operation Keep-Fit.

Weight : ** kilos (highly classified)
Target weight loss : 8 kilos (might consider to make it 10 kilos anyway)
Duration to meet : 74 days in 11 weeks
Dead Line : 1st August 2010, 12am
Average loss per day : 108.2 grams
Average loss per hour : 4.52 grams
Average loss per minute : 0.0075 gram


# since human sleeps 12 hours of 24 hours. Recalculate.


Average loss per hour : 9.02 grams
Average loss per minute : 0.15 grams



# Without healthy lifestyle. Operation keep fit is threathen to fail.



Therefore. Supporting plan, I call it Operation stick-with-it.

Wake up time : 10 am
Breakfast : Oat / milo / bread
Activities : Keep moving around
Lunch : Light without fats
Activities : Keep moving around
High tea : An apple
Dinner : Lighter without fats
Supper : sky juice
Sleep time : 11 pm (reminder: sleeping less than 5 hours accelerate obesity)

Promoter days : Stand there with loads of movement
Non-Promoter days : Hit the gym and swimming pool!

Operation start date : 17th May 2010 at 10 a.m.
